The New Balance FreshFoamX 1080 v12 for women is a neutral running shoe that is suitable for endurance runs or longer interval training. The upper is made of premium high-flex hypoknit material. This material feels soft and follows the foot's movements. There is reinforcement around the heel and midfoot for a secure fit.
Fresh Foam cushioning provides a soft and lightweight feel. The bootie wraps your feet tightly and the Ortholite sockliner provides extra walking comfort. Your feet stay firmly in place and are extra supported by the heel cap.
The FreshFoamX material of the midsole has hardly changed, but the new design of the midsole makes it feel even a little softer while the 1080 v12 rolls off very smoothly and evenly.
